For travel within the US (I am currently based in Minnesota ) the travel fee is already included in every package! This accounts for car rental or airfare fees. If you’re outside the Twin Cities metro region, I have custom travel add-ons that include expenses for lodging 1-3nights, if necessary. I always break this down in my contract so you can see where your budget goes.

fter years in this business, I’ve had my share of some unexpected life occurences. This means I have a system in place to make sure you never handle a last-minute burden on your own. I will find and secure a replacement photographer that I trust, with similar style, and whose work I also love. I would have them shoot on the day-of, but I would still do all the editing/post processing work so you get my editing style and personal touch. I fully cover this in all my contracts so you are covered legally, too. I value being present for my clients above all else, so this is a worst-case scenario only, but always good to be prepared!
